If you are experiencing intense sorrow, pain and rumination over the loss of your loved one and ongoing problems accepting the death with numbness and or detachment. This the group for you, to learn the radical acceptance of love and moving forward to appreciation and gratitude for the lessons learned in the past of that loved one.
Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and these relationships take time effort and compromise from both people. Learn how to co-habituate without fighting, learn the value of each other and bring love back to your relationship.
