Anger Management

6-8 Sessions

 Are you experiencing the three types of anger which help shape how you react in a situation that makes you and or others angry. These three are: Passive Aggression, Open Aggression, and Assertive Anger. If you are angry let me teach you which is the best response to use in all relationships.  Lets work to  change your situation, thoughts and or patterns that can help stop your anger escalating behavior. 

Anxiety Therapy

6-8 Sessions

Are you experiencing tense feelings, nervousness or unable to relax.

Having a sense of dread, or fearing the worst, not feeling confident in your abilities to succeed, this group and or individual sessions will assist in the eradication of these feelings. 

Trauma Therapy

6-8 Sessions

Here you start to work through Generational Trauma to experience and accept Generational Change. Generational trauma is the transference of traumatic experiences and or stressors from one generation to the next.  

Grief Counseling

6-8 Sessions

 If you are experiencing intense sorrow, pain and rumination over the loss of your loved one and ongoing problems accepting the death with numbness and or detachment. This the group for you, to learn the radical acceptance of love and moving forward to appreciation and gratitude for the lessons learned in the past of that loved one. 

Healthy Relationships

6-8 Sessions

 Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and these relationships take time  effort and compromise from both people.  Learn how to co-habituate without fighting, learn the value of each other and bring love back to your relationship.
